6" Sansevieria Whale Fin
Sansevieria Whale Fin (Sansevieria masoniana) is an extremely easy to care for indoor plant. The leaves on this species resemble whale fins (or shark fins, which it is sometimes also called!) and can grow up to 3-4' tall!
Sansevieria Whale Fin isn't the fastest grower but it is certainly the easiest. These plants will take whatever you throw at them! If you tend to under water your plants, this is the perfect plant for you.
Sansevieria Whale Fin care:
Provide your plant with a well draining soil rich in organic matter. Allow it to dry out completely between watering. Do not allow it to sit in excess water. This plant is tolerant of low light but grows best in bright indirect light.
These plants are thriving. I ordered four and they each sent out a new pup that grew up to 29 inches tall. So awesome.
I never thought the whale fin would be this big. I got 3 HUGE leaves & some babies popping out! I need to repot it in to a 8” pot soon! Never find a perfect plant like this.

I have bought this plant 3 different times. I loved it all three times. The first picture is the newest one I purchased and the second picture is the 2 I bought and combined. I may buy another one. The plants from here are in excellent condition and inexpensive.
