I really hesitated to buy this in the winter because I live in a cold climate and was always afraid it would arrive dead, but since we're having such a warm winter, I decided to take a chance. Yes, the heat pack was rock solid, but the plant was double wrapped, and it arrived in great condition! It's actually the best packaged plant I've ever received. I'm so happy with my little Rotundiflora and will definitely be ordering again.
Plant was packaged very well and looks nice and healthy. Was a bit smaller than I anticipated, but it’s putting out new growth. So will hopefully fill out soon.
