Care

 Bright indirect light

Allow soil to dry almost completely

Peperomia Hope is a semi-succulent Peperomia cultivar with thick green leaves that are about the size of a nickle.  This plant makes the perfect plant for a beginner or anyone who can't be bothered to water on a regular schedule.  Due to its semi-succulent nature, Peperomia Hope needs very little water.

This plant grows well in a hanging basket or in a pot placed on a shelf or ledge for a cascading effect.

Caring for your Peperomia Hope is very easy.  We recommend a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter.  Allow your plant to dry out completely between watering, taking care to not allow it to sit in excess water.  Provide your plant with plenty of bright indirect light.

Additional information:

Peperomia is part of the family Piperaceae and contains atleast 2,000 different species! These species vary greatly, with some that have thick, glossy foliage and others with thinner leaves.

Most Peperomia that are widely found in cultivation are very easy to care for and do not require high humidity.

You'll find Peperomia growing in a wide range of environments from rocky terrains, attached to trees and even in water!
