Bright indirect light
Allow soil to dry almost completely
This plant is currently out of stock.
Peperomia Rugosa has thick, dark glossy leaves with red under them. As the plant matures, the leaf margins exhibit lime green coloring. The foliage has ripples and is slightly oval shaped.
Peperomia Rugosa makes a great indoor plant but we recommend putting this species in a terrarium so it really thrives.
Caring for your Peperomia is simple. Allow the soil to dry out halfway between watering, taking care not to allow it to sit in excess water. Provide bright indirect light.
Peperomia is part of the family Piperaceae and contains atleast 2,000 different species! These species vary greatly, with some that have thick, glossy foliage and others with thinner leaves.
Most Peperomia that are widely found in cultivation are very easy to care for and do not require high humidity.
You'll find Peperomia growing in a wide range of environments from rocky terrains, attached to trees and even in water!
