Musa banana variegated is a sought after tropical outdoor plant that thrives in bright light, high humidity and consistent moisture. These plants can be grown indoors but we recommend growing them outdoors since they will grow better and will be easier to grow. The leaves are variegated and sport white and green colors throughout.
Musa banana variegated:
This plant prefers a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Allow the soil to dry out about half way before watering, taking care to not allow it to remain completely dry for too long. Provide your plant with plenty of bright indirect light for optimal growth.
Note: It's very common for the leaves on your musa banana variegated to brown during shipping. They will grow new leaves once acclimated. We do not issue refunds, credits or replacements for bananas that brown or lose their leaves during shipping.
Very healthy. I planted it in a pot outside. It has been a few weeks and it’s already putting out new leaves.
