We'll include a FREE HEAT PACK if you need one! View Our Guarantee for more information regarding our Winter Shipping Policy!

A Note On Winter Shipping

Shipping tropical plants during the winter can be risky.

We do our absolute best to pack your orders so that they arrive to you during the winter safe and sound.

If your day time temperatures are forecasted to be below 40F, you may want to consider waiting until temperatures are warmer. Heat packs offer limited protection and may not completely protect your order.

Any plants shipped to a location below 40F and are damaged due to cold temperatures, will be ineligible for store credit or replacement.

What To Expect When Your Plant Arrives

Your new plants have arrived! Now what?

Carefully unwrap your new plants, taking care to not damage any foliage in the process.

It's not uncommon for a plant to show signs of stress after its journey to its new home. You may notice a few yellow leaves, which are generally ok to be removed and will not harm your plant.

Feel the soil! If it's dry or the pot is light, now is a great time to give your new plant a drink!

Place your plant in a brightly lit area, away from direct sun which can burn the foliage.

Certain species can take a little longer than others to acclimate to their new home, patience is key!

It's very important that you wait at least a week to repot your new plant(s)... resist the urge! Repotting immediately will cause unnecessary stress/shock to your plants and voids our guarantee.
