Refund Policy

We offer store credit or replacements for all online orders instead of refunds.

All merch or non-plant items are final sale and are not eligible for store credit or replacements.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Order cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. If your order has already been picked or is in the packing phase, we won't be able to cancel your order.

If you'd like to add or remove a plant from your order, please email or call us as soon as possible so that we can assist you. We cannot make any changes to an order once it has shipped.

We cannot combine orders once they have been placed. We highly recommend contacting us if you'd like to add plants to an order.

Need to update your shipping address? No problem! We'll be happy to help do that for you. Please ensure that you contact us as soon as you can! Once your order has shipped, we will not be able to make any address changes.

Damages

It's not uncommon for a plant to arrive with some yellow or wilted foliage.

If your plant arrives damaged (broken stem, all the leaves damaged, etc.) please get in touch with us! We guarantee our plants for 7 days from their date of arrival.

Depending on the condition of the plant, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

Please remember that these are living organisms and some cosmetic blemishes can be present. What's important is the overall health of your plant.

When sending photos, please make sure to provide at least 3 clear photos of the entire plant and any areas of concern. It's important to take the photos in a well lit area.
