Anthurium forgetii is a very peculiar species due to the noticeable lack of a sinus. Along with the missing sinus, the veins are only partially displayed. We think the veining on these looks similar to a spider web. The foliage has a velvety texture.
Anthurium forgetii is a tropical indoor plant native to parts of Central and South America. Their leaves can grow up to 2-3' wide!
Caring for your Anthurium forgetii is fairly simple, but they do require a little attention. Make sure your plant is in a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Allow your plant to dry out about 3/4 of the way between watering, taking care to not allow it to dry out completely. These plants prefer humidity at or above 60% but generally grow just fine as an indoor plant. Provide your plant with medium to bright indirect light.
