Anthurium warocqueanum is a unique and rare variety, boasting velvety foliage with distinct silvery veining. This species is endemic to Ecuador and does require a little more attention than most Anthurium.
Anthurium warocqueanum care:
This plant prefers a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter, but also can retain some moisture. Allow your plant to dry out about halfway before watering, but take care to never allow it to dry out completely for an extended period. Provide your Anthurium with medium to bright indirect light. It's important that your Anthurium warocqueanum remain in an environment with 50% or higher humidity, lower humidity can damage the foliage. Anthurium warocqueanum also prefers a good amount of air flow, but make sure to not place it next to a cold drafty window or under a vent.
Due to the fragile shipping nature of this species, damage claims are not accepted.

Anthurium is a large genus of ornamental, mostly epiphytic plants. Some species of Anthurium do have a terrestrial growth habit.
Anthurium are native to tropical areas of Latin America. They grow in a wide variety of climates, ranging from lowland to higher elevations. Certain species need high humidity, while others will grow just fine in ambient household humidity.
Their foliage varies greatly, with some having thick corrugated textures and others with velvety textures.
Anthurium prefer a well draining soil, rich in organic matter.
They are prized for their ease of care and their sometimes showy, colorful flowers.
Anthurium can thrive in lower light but grow faster in brighter indirect light.

After my first plant arrived with cold damage being no fault of theirs. Just got slowed down in shipping. They made it right because of the winter protection insurance, always get that feature. The second plant arrived three days later after being shipped in perfect shape. Their customer service was right on it kudos to them. Will definitely order from them again.
I love this plant, it was my most wanted in my wishlist. it came in fair conditions as one of its biggest leafs came 1/3 broken, the newest leaf that it was producing had dried out so that sucked but im excited for when it matures

Shipped to MO during winter, arrived with heat pack still warm. This little guy did unfortunately suffer some leaf trauma during the shipment, but it was minor and not to the fault of Canopy. It has since developed some crusting around the leaves, but that is simply because this plant is a bit of a drama queen and is adjusting to a different life. 10/10 happy overall.

The plant was bigger than I thought for a 2”inch plant and was very healthy upon arrival. I acclimated it in a humidity dome for a week (see pic). It has pushed out a nice new big leaf already.
