This plant prefers higher than average humidity but can do just fine in ambient household humidity with a little extra attention.
Aglaonema 'Ghost' care:
Aglaonema 'Ghost' prefers a well draining soil that can retain a little moisture, but not stay too wet. Allow your plant to dry out about halfway between watering, taking care to not allow it to sit in excess water. Provide your plant with low to bright indirect light.

This is the most stunning aglaonema I've ever seen & I can't wait to keep it growing and bushing out into an even larger plant to hopefully propagate into more plants to bring one to my office space as well! I can't get enough of it!!! What can I say? I'm always a sucker for ghosts!
