4" Stephania erecta

Stephania erecta is an unusual type of caudiciform plant that closely resembles a... potato!  Trust us, it's not a potato though.  This plant produces long vines and round leaves with pronounced veins.

This type of plant will go dormant in the cooler months and lose its vines, so don't be alarmed when that happens!

Stephania erecta care:

This plant prefers a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter.  Allow the soil to dry out almost completely before watering, taking care to not allow your plant to sit in excess water.  Provide your Stephania erecta with plenty of bright indirect light.  Remember, when it goes dormant it's important to cut back on watering!

Note:  These plants are not rooted but are growing vines.  Very easy to care for.
