Elaphoglossum lanceolatum is a rare fern that has some striking simularities to Microsorum thailandicum ('Blue Oil' fern), however it is not the same plant. The main difference between the two plants are that Elaphoglossum lanceolatum has lance shaped fronds that lack the blue sheen that the 'Blue Oil' fern has.
Elaphoglossum lanceolatum care:
This fern prefers a soil that can retain some moisture, but also drains quickly. Allow the soil to dry out about halfway before watering, taking care to not allow your fern to remain dry for an extended period of time. Provide your fern with plenty of medium to bright indirect light and higher than average humidity (50%+).
