5” 'String of Hearts' hanging basket

String of Hearts (Ceropegia woodii) is a very sought after trailing indoor plant with cute heart shaped leaves.  This plant is semi-succulent so it needs very little attention.  

String of Hearts grows well in a hanging basket or you can place it in a pot of your choosing and place it on a ledge for a dramatic cascading effect.

String of Hearts care:

This plant prefers a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter.  Allow your new plant to dry out completely between watering, taking care to not allow it to sit in excess water.  Provide your plant with plenty of bright indirect light.  This plant can take some direct morning light!
