When Your Plants Arrive
When you receive your plant(s) please unpackage very carefully as to not tear any leaves or break a stem. Once your plants are unpackaged you should inspect the soil to see if your new plants need water. They almost always need water so if the soil is dry, give them a good drink. After watering, place your new plants in a dimly lit room, do not expose them to bright light yet as this may shock them and/or damage their foliage as your plants have been in a box for a few days and need some time to acclimate. After 2-3 days you can move your plants to their new forever space.
We do our best to ensure the safe arrival of your plant babies but some plants just do not like being boxed up and may take a little longer than others to bounce back from shipping stress.
We always recommend to wait at least 4-6 weeks after receiving your new plants before repotting to make sure your plants are acclimated to their new home.
