Winter insurance heat pack and insulation not only saved two of my plants from cold damage, but allowed me to get an instant credit for the one plant that died within the 48hr cutoff time. Absolutely worth the money and won’t ship without it!
Let me start with, I ordered plants during the cold season so part is my fault. My Mt. Salak was one on three plants I got in that shipment and it was the only one that seemed to be too cold. Unfortunately by the next day, it was completely wilted and dead. But I’m sending 5 stars because I got winter shipping insurance and when I submitted my claim, I was replied to by the next morning and an immediate credit was applied to my account (which I used immediately too). Sad about the dead plant? Yes. Absolutely impressed with customer service and issue resolution? Also yes.
