Begonia maculata is a very popular species of cane Begonia. The foliage on this species is well known for the silver polka dots all over the leaf surface. The leaves tend to be an olive green, while the underside of the leaf is a deep red or burgundy.
Begonia maculata make the perfect indoor plant. Their unique foliage will mesmerize anyone who gazes upon it! These plants generally grow to about 3-4' inside your home. If placed outside in a warm, shaded area, they can easily turn into small bushes!
