Ficus shivereana 'Moonshine' is an uncommon Ficus species with 'mint' or mottled variegation.
While similar to Ficus altissima, Ficus shivereana 'Moonshine' has different variegation.
Ficus care is relatively simple. Most Ficus plants prefer bright indirect light. Make sure your plant is in a well draining soil rich in organic matter and allow it to dry out almost completely between watering. Take care not to place your Ficus near a cold window or near a heat/ac vent.

Ficus, commonly referred to as a "Fig" or "Rubber tree", is a large genus of plants that number over 800 different species. They are found on almost every continent and range from tropical to semi-temperate climate zones.
Ficus generally grow as shrubs and trees but some also grow as vines and epiphytes.
The more traditional Ficus that are commonly cultivated as house plants are the Elastica species, like Tineke and Ruby.
Most Ficus prefer to dry out between watering. They prefer bright indirect light and some species thrive in direct sun.
I purchased a small ficus moonshine. It arrived in good condition and I have great hopes for it. In the meantime I have read more about its care and plan for it to be a nice indoor plant for me in my brights out facing window. The variegation on each sleep is different than special.
Another plant of mine that I watched for a while. Canopy is making it easier to scratch plants off my wishlist. This plant came in with beautiful vibrant colored leaves. It was a nice size. I did notice some browning on one leaf so I watched it and then cut it off. Beyond that the plant was gorgeous and I was satisfied.
