Received many on poor condition

I notified customer service immediately with pictures. I've purchased several plants from here with no issues until now. I was told I didn't take proper care. I have over 100 Hoya and I'm aware of they care they need. I have unalived my fair share and I'll gladly admit when it's my fault. This plant arrived looking rough. Beware. No longer buying from this place.

Good color-lots of stems

This plant was very thickly planted but not ready to hang. Latafolia in my experience are slower growers but I have patience. It will be a beautiful plant.
