Black Pagoda lipstick is an epiphytic vining plant that is well adapted as an indoor plant. This species is known for their semi-succulent foliage and yellow/orange blooms.
The foliage is oval shaped, dark green to black with green markings. The undersides of the leaves tend to be purple or black.
To promote blooms on Black Pagoda lipstick, these plants need to be placed in very bright indirect light.
Caring for your Black Pagoda is pretty easy. This species prefers a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Allow your plant to dry out almost completely between watering, taking care to not allow it to sit in excess water. Provide it with medium to bright indirect light.
Thus far everything has survived with occasional tap water

This is one of the most unique plants I’ve ever seen in person. It’s so beautiful and only lost one leaf in transit so I’m grateful for that.
This one arrived looking a bit rougher than the plants I usually receive from Canopy, but still in very decent shape. The other plants in my order were perfect as usual, so it wasn't a shipping issue, but this one will be perfect again after a little TLC.
It’s hard to find black pagoda in stores, but this plant is delightful and reasonably priced. It was packaged perfectly. 10/10 experience
