Hoya Sunrise is a hybrid of Hoya lacunosa ssp. Pallidiflora and Hoya obscura.
In order to get the flushing red ("sun stress") from this Hoya species they need to be sun stressed. Sun stressing a Hoya is quite easy, simply place it in very bright indirect light!
