This rare variegated Xanthosoma atrovirens albomarginata, nicknamed 'Mickey Mouse' for its unique leaf shape, is the perfect addition to any indoor plant collection. Boasting a striking variegated pattern, it will quickly become the centerpiece of your home.
This plant can occasionally arrive with a few yellow leaves. This is normal and the plant will continue to produce new variegated foliage in your care.
Xanthosoma atrovirens care:
Xanthosoma atrovirens prefers a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Allow your plant to dry out almost completely between watering, taking care to not allow it to sit in excess water or remain too dry for an extended period. Provide your plant with bright indirect light for optimal growth.
Note: It is very common for this species to lose some leaves or arrive to its new home looking a little sad. These plants do bounce back with extra time and care. There are no credits or replacements on this species.

Could have been better
Could have been better! Edges were brown and wilted. One leaf was so droopy I had to tie it up. A good soak perked it up a bit but not much. I still love all the plants I get from canopy! They seem to be well cared for.

A great addition to my addiction.
My “Mickey Mouse”arrived with all ears attached and doing well. He arrived with an unfurled ear which has opened beautifully. Seems to be doing very well in his new home.
