Philodendron Cream Splash is a colorful sport ofPhilodendron brasil. This plant has cream patches amongst the yellow variegation along the center of each leaf.
Philodendron Cream Splash does well in a hanging basket, but to truly let your plant shine you should allow it to climb apole or other support structure.

Water your plant when it's almost completely dry. Take care to provide it with bright indirect light. This plant can take lower light levels but the variegation may be less pronounced.
