Really struggling with this one, but I don't believe it's CPC's fault. It seems like shipping was very rough for this guy, and he came with no soil left in his pot and pretty straggly. I've potted him up in what was left along with some perlite, coco chips, tree fern fiber, and worm castings, and he's in my recovery nursery. It seems like a new leaf is coming, so my fingers are crossed! Again, no fault of Canopy, I've always been quite pleased with the quality of plants. Definitely my Go-To plant company in the US!

Thank you so much for the kind words and understanding—it truly means a lot! Sounds like you’re giving your plant the absolute best care (that mix sounds amazing!), and we’re rooting for that new leaf to unfurl soon! Fingers crossed and we're always here if you need anything!
