Philodendron rubrijuvenile 'El Choco' is highly sought after for its unique heart shaped velvety leaves. The underside of the leaves have a red tint to them. This plant can sometimes be confused with Philodendron verrucosum but it is indeed its own species.
We recommend providing a coco pole for your Philodendron. As it climbs higher ,the leaves will grow larger!
Philodendron rubrijuvenile 'El Choco' care:
This Philodendron prefers a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Allow the soil to dry out about 3/4 of the way before watering, taking care to not allow it to sit in excess water. Provide your new Philodendron rubrijuvenile with plenty of bright indirect light and 50% or higher humidity.
