Couldn't load pickup availability
While this may appear to be a Calathea, it's actually in the ginger family! It's much easier to care for and very unique, so it's sure to add a pop of color and charm to any space.
Kaempferia is not a climber, but grows more like a bush! This is perfect for tight spaces as it'll only get about a foot tall or so.
Kaempferia care:
This plant prefers a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Allow the soil to dry out about halfway before watering it, but take note to not allow it to remain excessively dry for an extended period. Provide your new Kaempferia with plenty of bright indirect light for optimal growth.
This arrived in great condition but less than a week later it is now half the plant it was and it's dying. I have no idea why. This is the first plant from Canopy that has done this. All my other plants are thriving. Going to try to save it but I'm not sure I can.

Big, beautiful plant
Arrived in perfect condition. Really beautiful leaves and a nice size. I didn’t realize these go dormant in winter and regrow in spring.

Stunning variegation!
This plant is an absolutely stunning! The variegation is perfect and the plant is very healthy! It was packaged with care and a heat pack. Never dissatisfied with a Canopy purchase!
