While this may appear to be a Calathea, it's actually in the ginger family! It's much easier to care for and very unique, so it's sure to add a pop of color and charm to any space.
Kaempferia is not a climber, but grows more like a bush! This is perfect for tight spaces as it'll only get about a foot tall or so.
Kaempferia care:
This plant prefers a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Allow the soil to dry out about halfway before watering it, but take note to not allow it to remain excessively dry for an extended period. Provide your new Kaempferia with plenty of bright indirect light for optimal growth.
