The name Philodendron comes from the greek words "philo" (love or affection) and "dendron" (tree).
It came with about 3 leaves, but now it's down to one. To be fair, I was on vacation for 12 days and had someone taking care of my animals and plants. But the leaf that's left is so pretty. And I'm crossing my fingers I can get it to make more leaves. It's been a dream plant since I first saw it and it was $6,000 on one website.
We’re rooting for that last leaf to thrive and bring you many more! Dream plants have a way of rewarding patience—sounds like yours is in loving hands.

5 stars for canopy. But the plant itself, well it’s still holding on. I’m not sure if I got a bad one but the next day a few of the leaves died. I haven’t changed the soil yet I’m wondering if I should put it in LECA.

The shipping took a while because I ordered on a Thursday but the plants showed up healthier, larger, and more variegated than expected
