3" Stenocactus multicostatus 'Brain Cactus'

Stenocactus multicostatus, is commonly known as the 'Brain Cactus' due to it looking like, well, a brain!

This cactus grows very slowly but makes a great conversation piece.

Stenocactus multicostatus 'Brain Cactus' care:

Stenocactus multicostatus prefers a very well draining soil.  Water your cactus when it is completely dry after about 10-15 days during the summer (if outside).  This cactus goes dormant during the winter and will need much less water during that time.  Provide your 'Brain Cactus' with plenty of very bright indirect light -- it can even take quite a bit of direct sun.
