Hoya kerrii, also known as the "Sweetheart Plant" is an easy to care for tropical indoor plant with thick, succulent heart shaped leaves. This vining plant grows well in a hanging basket, but we prefer to allow them to climb for a more dramatic effect.
Hoya kerrii is a relatively slow grower but the real treat is when it flowers. The flowers on this species are magnificent!
Hoya kerrii care:
Make sure your new plant is in a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Allow your plant to dry out almost completely between watering, taking care to not allow it to sit in excess water. Provide plenty of bright indirect for a happy Hoya!

Hoya, commonly referred to as "Wax Plant" is a genus consisting of over 500 species.
Hoyas are widely cultivated for their aromatic blooms and unique foliage.
They are native to tropical and subtropical areas all around the world. They can be found in Latin America, Asia, Australia, etc.
Mostly epiphytic, you'll find Hoyas love to climb trees in their natural habitats.
Hoyas have a large range of foliage shapes and textures. They can be found with elongated, deeply veined leaves to thin, narrow leaves and everything in between.

Can’t be more pleased. Arrived in perfect condition. Quality is outstanding. Bought 2 of this same plant a yr ago on Etsy. Both had minimal leaves (4) required to grow but not these, one had 5, other 6 and last 7. This is my first purchase with Canopy so I was a little nervous when several days passed without being shipped but once FedEx picked up it was only 2 days to delivery. While unpacking it occurred to me that prepping “live” plants for mailing must be done more carefully than my typical household item Amazon purchase, so be patient and know it will be done right. Plan on making another buy this week. Just can’t be happier.

She is gorgeous! I could not find Hoya Kerri locally. This one is well rooted, leaf are strong. Although one of the leaf have a black dots she still gorgeous.

Plant arrived on time, with a heat pack that was still warm. The plants took a tumble during shipping but wer still in good shape. I even got a bonus. Since the dirt was spilled I had to repot and I realized I technically have two separate plants potted as one, but I am not complaining.
