Hoya Krimson Princess is a colorful variegated form of Hoya Carnosa. This species is often called "Exotica" or "Tricolor" and occasionally confused with Hoya Krimson Queen. The difference between Hoya Krimson Princess and Hoya Krimson Queen is that 'Krimson Queen' has variegation along the leaf margins and 'Krimson Princess' has its variegation on the inside of the leaf margins!
Commonly known as Wax Plant, Hoyas are easy to grow indoor vining plants that produce beautiful blooms.
Caring for your Hoya Krimson Princess is easy. Let the soil dry out between watering, taking care not to allow them to sit in water. Make sure to give your new Hoya plenty of bright indirect light.
Additional Hoya information:
Hoya, commonly referred to as "Wax Plant" is a genus consisting of over 500 species.
Hoyas are widely cultivated for their aromatic blooms and unique foliage.
They are native to tropical and subtropical areas all around the world. They can be found in Latin America, Asia, Australia, etc.
Mostly epiphytic, you'll find Hoyas love to climb trees in their natural habitats.
Hoyas have a large range of foliage shapes and textures. They can be found with elongated, deeply veined leaves to thin, narrow leaves and everything in between.
Most Hoya plants can be considered easy to care for. Here at Canopy Plant Co., we only ship the healthiest Hoyas from our Apopka greenhouse.
Sizing information:
Plants are living organisms, so each one is unique and may vary slightly in size, fullness, color, and maturity depending on the season, growing conditions, and current availability. We do our best to match the product photos and descriptions as closely as possible while ensuring you receive a healthy, high-quality plant.

Ordered this to replace one that didn't make it that came from a big box store. I should've known to keep my purchases to Canopy Plant Co. Never had any issues with the ones I get from here! Excited to have this back in my collection!
This was part of my very first order and such an amazing plant. It’s very beautiful and healthy.
She is just adorable. It's short but cute with good variegation. If you like to grow your babies from small then you'll enjoy this. I have the princess I needed the queen to balance the contrast.
My plant arrived in absolutely perfect condition--it's super healthy and full. It's actually much more full than I expected in a 4" pot, so that was really wonderful. It was packaged very carefully and there were zero issues with leaf loss or damage in transit. I'm very happy!
Arrived in excellent condition. The plant is very full and beautiful. I plan on using Canopy Plant Co to purchase plants in the future. Thank you
The plant arrived perfectly wrapped.
My plants were packaged perfectly, clearly picked for how beautiful they are, and I couldn’t be happier. The Krimson Princess has become my favorite, as it is having the easiest time adjusting to my Pennsylvania Winter environment (dry air from the heat on, less than optimal sunshine) especially since I gave her a grow light 💚 she’s gorgeous!
Arrived looking really wonderful... I've ordered alot of plants recently and trust not all looked this good.
Growing as it should, couldn't be more pleased.
I bought this plant a few months ago and I'm finally getting around to leaving a review! It arrived healthy and well, and in the time since then it's put out an abundance of beautiful and healthy new leaves. A new favorite in my hoya collection for sure!
4" Hoya Krimson Princess hanging basket
I ordered the 4” basket a few weeks ago and it’s doing wonderful. There are already new leaves and growth nodes starting to expand. The plant is beautiful.
