Philodendron gloriosum is a very popular tropical indoor plant that is pretty easy to care for. The leaves are heart shaped and green with prominent white veins displayed throughout the leaf surface.
Philodendron gloriosum is a terrestrial grower, which means that it will grow along the top of the soil. This species does not climb, so ensure that you provide it with a container that it can grow nicely in.
Philodendron gloriosum care:
Provide your plant with a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Allow the soil to dry out almost completely between watering, taking care to not allow it to sit in excess water. Give it bright indirect light.

Philodendron is one of the most popular genuses of Aroid that are currently in cultivation, with over 450 named cultivars.
Philodendron vary greatly in their natural habits, but you will find a large number of them located in Latin America. Their leaves range from small to medium to large to gigantic! You'll find Philodendron with smooth, glossy foliage and some with velvety foliage!
If you allow Philodendron to climb, their foliage will usually get much larger the higher up they get. While this isn't true for all Philodendron species -- it is for most. We recommend a coco pole to really get your Philodendron growing!

This is a gorgeous plant. It arrived very quickly and in pretty good condition. The plant had a new leaf that was beginning to unfurl which is a great sign of a healthy plant. I am very happy with my plant and my purchase.
I am honestly blown away by how tall, lush, healthy, and well packaged this plant was (and don't even get me started on how amazing the roots were), and I don't think I'll be purchasing from any other online plant seller from now on. I bought another 4 inch gloriosum from the highest rated etsy plant seller, and it was almost twice as expensive, literally half the size of what I received from Canopy, and no where near as healthy. 10/10 will purchase all my plants from Canopy in the future
My plants all came in excellent shape. I think my glorisum even has some sport variegation!!!
