The foliage can easily grow to almost 3-4' long which makes it a perfect statement piece in any setting. This leaves on this cultivar tend to stay a brighter or neon green color.

Philodendron melinonii care:

This plant prefers a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Allow your plant to dry out almost completely before watering, taking care to not allow it to sit in excess water. Provide your new plant with plenty of bright indirect light for optimal growth.

Philodendron is one of the most popular genuses of Aroid that are currently in cultivation, with over 450 named cultivars.

Philodendron vary greatly in their natural habits, but you will find a large number of them located in Latin America. Their leaves range from small to medium to large to gigantic! You'll find Philodendron with smooth, glossy foliage and some with velvety foliage!

If you allow Philodendron to climb, their foliage will usually get much larger the higher up they get. While this isn't true for all Philodendron species -- it is for most. We recommend a coco pole to really get your Philodendron growing!

For the most part, Philodendron are easy to care for.

This golden melinonii is one of my favorite plants that I have ordered from Canopy. It has fabulous large bright golden green leaves and already has a new leaf after only a couple weeks of receiving. Love it and already want another one.

I received the plant it was healthy and absolutely beautiful I have never seen a philodendron like it before it went beyond my expectations. I'm thinking of ordering a couple for my friends. I would recommend anyone who doesn't own this plant to purchase it bc it's well worth the money and you will be in awe when you see it.
