Meet the Philodendron Thai Sunrise, a vibrant addition to your plant collection! Its leaves are like a sunrise—bursting with shades of yellow and green. This plant brings a cheerful energy to any space and is super easygoing when it comes to care. Just give it some bright, indirect light, and it'll thrive. Whether you're a seasoned plant parent or just starting out, the Philodendron Thai Sunrise is a ray of sunshine that'll brighten up your day!
This Philodendron enjoys climbing, so we recommend providing it with a coco pole or other support structure.
Philodendron Thai Sunrise care:
This indoor plant prefers a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Allow the soil to dry out almost completely before watering, taking care to not allow it to sit in excess water. Provide your new Philodendron plant with plenty of bright indirect light to maintain the vibrant, colorful foliage.
Philodendron is one of the most popular genuses of Aroid that are currently in cultivation, with over 450 named cultivars.
Philodendron vary greatly in their natural habits, but you will find a large number of them located in Latin America. Their leaves range from small to medium to large to gigantic! You'll find Philodendron with smooth, glossy foliage and some with velvety foliage!
If you allow Philodendron to climb, their foliage will usually get much larger the higher up they get. While this isn't true for all Philodendron species -- it is for most. We recommend a coco pole to really get your Philodendron growing!
For the most part, Philodendron are easy to care for.
The name Philodendron comes from the greek words "philo" (love or affection) and "dendron" (tree).
Arrived in perfect condition despite many shipping delays, rough handling as can be seen on box and cold weather. This should definitely speak to how well they package their plants. Very happy with my purchase and will continue to shop here.
well packed and as in picture, good healthy plant
