Stenocereus beneckei, also referred to as the 'Ghost White Boobie Cactus', is a fast growing uncommon cactus native to Mexico. This species grows on cliffs and develops a white powdery coating on the new growth to shield the emerging growth from the harsh rays of the sun. A very easy to care for plant and one not commonly offered for sale.
Stenocereus beneckei care:
This cactus prefers a very well draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Allow the soil to dry out completely before watering, taking care to not allow it to remain in excess water. Provide your new Stenocereus beneckei cactus with plenty of bright indirect light and warm conditions for optimal growth.
