Philodendron White Knight is one of the most sought-after variegated Philodendrons in the collector community — and it’s easy to see why. This climbing species produces stunning leaves with irregular white and green variegation, often accompanied by distinctive dark purple-brown stems that contrast beautifully against the foliage. No two leaves are identical, making each plant a genuinely unique specimen.
White Knight is a true climber and will reward you with increasingly larger, more variegated leaves as it ascends a coco pole or moss pole. The degree of variegation can vary from leaf to leaf — some emerge heavily white, others more green — which is part of the natural character of this cultivar.
Care guide: Bright indirect light is essential for maintaining strong variegation — insufficient light causes new leaves to emerge with less white. Plant in a well-draining aroid mix rich in organic matter. Allow the soil to dry out almost completely between waterings; do not allow it to sit in excess water. Higher humidity (60%+) encourages faster growth and larger leaves. Provide a climbing support for best results. A true collector’s plant that rewards attentive care.

Philodendron vary greatly in their natural habits, but you will find a large number of them located in Latin America. Their leaves range from small to medium to large to gigantic! You'll find Philodendron with smooth, glossy foliage and some with velvety foliage!
If you allow Philodendron to climb, their foliage will usually get much larger the higher up they get. While this isn't true for all Philodendron species -- it is for most. We recommend a coco pole to really get your Philodendron growing!
